Direct employees, never subcontracted

Before & after on every job
Milton's larger lots and estate homes bring long duct runs, multiple systems, and often outbuildings with their own HVAC. It's the kind of work where a proper inspection first genuinely matters, because pricing a house this size without looking is guesswork.
Wooded lots also mean heavy pollen and debris load on outdoor condenser units, which is worth addressing every spring.

Every Milton job starts the same way: a free on-site estimate, a firm price for the whole job, and photographs of your own ductwork before and after. Most customers here book air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning together. We are NADCA-certified and fully insured, our technicians are direct employees rather than subcontractors, and there is no travel surcharge anywhere in Fulton County. If you are still weighing it up, start with how often ducts actually need cleaning or what the job really costs.

A clogged dryer vent is the most common house fire risk homeowners never think about. We clear the full line — not just the first three feet.

Creosote buildup is what turns a fireplace into a chimney fire. We remove it and inspect the flue while we’re in there.

Some ductwork can’t be cleaned back to healthy. When it’s torn, crushed, disconnected or full of mold, replacement is the honest answer.

The middle ground between cleaning and full replacement — seal the leaks, encapsulate the liner, restore the airflow.

Yes. Milton attics are large, and settled or rodent-damaged insulation is common. We vacuum the old material out into sealed bags rather than carrying it through your house.
