The Problem

Your ducts are the lungs of your house

Every square foot of ductwork in a typical Atlanta home collects dust, pollen, pet dander, drywall dust and construction debris. Georgia's pollen season makes it worse — that yellow film on your car is also getting pulled through your return vents and redistributed into every room, several times an hour.

You notice it as dust that reappears two days after you clean, allergies that never quite settle down, a musty smell when the system kicks on, or rooms that never reach the temperature the thermostat promises.

A proper duct cleaning removes that buildup at the source. Not a hose pushed into a vent for ninety seconds — every supply and return opened, brushed, and vacuumed under negative pressure until the system is genuinely clean.

Our Process

How we do it

01

Free on-site estimate

A technician assesses your system and talks you through what he finds — using a camera where we need to see inside a run. If they don’t need cleaning, we’ll tell you that too.

02

Protect the home

Shoe covers before any equipment comes through the door, plus drop cloths or 6-mil plastic over floors and furniture wherever the work calls for it.

03

Seal and pull negative pressure

The vacuum connects to your main trunk line and puts the whole system under negative pressure so nothing escapes into the room.

04

Agitate and extract

Rotating brushes and compressed air dislodge buildup vent by vent while the vacuum pulls it out.

05

Sanitize and verify

Optional antimicrobial treatment, then a final check. You get the before-and-after photos before we leave.

Warning Signs

Signs your ducts need attention

Dust that keeps coming back

You dust on Sunday and it’s back by Tuesday. That’s your ductwork redistributing it.

Allergies worse indoors

If symptoms improve when you leave the house, the air inside is the problem.

Visible debris at the vents

Grey fuzz around the register grilles is the tip of what’s inside.

A musty or stale smell

Especially noticeable in the first minute after the system starts.

Uneven room temperatures

Restricted airflow means some rooms never catch up.

Recent renovation or new home

Construction dust and drywall settle deep in the ductwork.

Reviews

What customers say

“Kasey and team from LServices did a fantastic job with my duct cleaning. They explained what their process was and showed me the pictures of before and after. What a big difference it made. They also cleaned up what little there was to clean. I would recommend them and will definitely be using them again next time.”

“I had my ducts cleaned for the first time by LServices. It was an excellent experience watching the guys clean all 33 ducts, taking every vent apart to clean the ducts. I was impressed with the services and would highly recommend this company.”

“Very fast, knowledgeable, and professional. They cleaned a dryer vent and looked into ducts to see if we needed a duct cleaning. They suggested to wait on duct cleaning for a year or two since things looked good currently in the ducts.”

FAQ

Air Duct Cleaning questions

Most Metro Atlanta homes take two to four hours for a single system. Larger homes or homes with two or three HVAC systems can run most of a day. We give you a realistic window when we quote — we’d rather over-estimate than rush the job.
NADCA guidance is every three to five years for a typical home. Sooner if you have pets, allergy sufferers, smokers, or you’ve just finished a renovation. If your ducts don’t need cleaning yet, our techs will tell you — we’ve turned down plenty of jobs and the reviews mention it.
We work around your furniture and protect what’s nearby. If a vent is behind something heavy, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll plan for it.
Yes, and most customers bundle them. It saves a second trip and the dryer vent is usually overdue anyway.
It shouldn’t be. The whole system runs under negative pressure, so debris goes into the vacuum, not into your living room. Where a room needs covering we put drop cloths or 6-mil plastic sheeting down over floors and furniture, and we clean up after ourselves — that’s what most of our reviews are actually about.
Employees. Uniformed and trained in-house. We don’t subcontract, which is why the quality is consistent from job to job.
