We’re certified by NADCA — the National Air Duct Cleaners Association — and by Certified Ducts. NADCA maintains a public directory, so you can verify us there rather than taking our word for it. A lot of companies in this industry claim standards they don’t hold.
Employees. Uniformed and trained in-house. We don’t subcontract. That’s the main reason the quality stays consistent from job to job, and it’s why the same technician names keep showing up in our reviews.
Fully insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request, and we do so as standard for commercial clients before work begins.

Be wary of anyone advertising a flat $79 whole-house special; that price only works as a door-opener for an upsell once they’re inside.

On the Day

Someone over 18 should be there to give access and to see the before-and-after walkthrough at the end. That walkthrough is genuinely the most useful part of the visit.
Yes. You get a heads-up before the technician sets off, along with a photo of who’s coming so you know who’s at the door.
Two to four hours for a typical single-system home. Dryer vents alone are usually under 90 minutes. Multi-system homes take longer and we’ll tell you the realistic window when we quote.
The vacuum equipment is noticeably loud while it’s running. If you work from home, it’s worth planning calls around it.

Clear access to your vents and the air handler if you can. If something heavy is sitting over a vent, mention it when you book so the crew arrives prepared.

Doors open and equipment runs through the house, so pets are usually happiest secured in a room we’re not working in. Just tell us and we’ll work around them — we’ve done plenty of jobs with big dogs in the house.

Air Duct Cleaning

Most Metro Atlanta homes take two to four hours for a single system. Larger homes or homes with two or three HVAC systems can run most of a day. We give you a realistic window when we quote — we’d rather over-estimate than rush the job.
NADCA guidance is every three to five years for a typical home. Sooner if you have pets, allergy sufferers, smokers, or you’ve just finished a renovation. If your ducts don’t need cleaning yet, our techs will tell you — we’ve turned down plenty of jobs and the reviews mention it.
We work around your furniture and protect what’s nearby. If a vent is behind something heavy, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll plan for it.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Once a year for a typical household. Every six months if you do more than five loads a week, have a long or roof-terminated vent run, or own pets that shed heavily.
Most dryer vents take 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the length of the run and how badly it’s packed.
The store-bought kits handle the first few feet, which is not usually where the blockage is. The packed section is normally at the elbows or the exterior hood. We also vacuum at the source so the lint ends up in our machine rather than in your laundry room.

Chimney Sweep

Annually, before the burning season. If you burn frequently or burn unseasoned wood, more often.
No. We seal the fireplace opening and run the whole job under vacuum, and the hearth area gets covered with drop cloths or plastic sheeting before we start.

Gas units still need the flue inspected for blockages and corrosion, though there’s no creosote. We’ll tell you honestly what a gas unit does and doesn’t need.
