Services
LServices provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweeping, duct repair and replacement, insulation services and related indoor air quality work in Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are provided after an on-site inspection and are based on the systems, vent count and conditions observed at that time. If we discover materially different conditions once work begins — significantly more systems, inaccessible areas, or damage requiring repair — we will stop, explain the situation and obtain your approval before continuing.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, the HVAC equipment and the vents to be serviced. Someone aged 18 or over should be present. If our crew arrives and cannot access the property, a call-out charge may apply.
Cancellation
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will always try to accommodate changes.
Our work
We perform our services in accordance with NADCA standards and industry best practice. We carry insurance. If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us promptly and we will return to address it.
Limitations
Duct cleaning improves the cleanliness of your HVAC system. It is not a medical treatment and we make no health claims about specific outcomes for individuals. Pre-existing damage, defects or code issues discovered during our work are documented and reported but are not our responsibility to remedy unless separately agreed.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless separately agreed in writing. Commercial clients may be invoiced on agreed terms.
