I just love this small business. They give great customer service over the phone and in person. It's more of a mom-and-pop business without the pop, and more like a mom and son business, plus. They were clean, professional, very knowledgeable, extremely informative, and did not pressure me to buy more options. They would share things that they feel are needed and let you bring up the service later if you decide you want (it/them). But the price they quote over the phone is what the service man will charge because the owner usually answers the phone. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The technicians were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They provided great service and I would use them again.However, not due to any fault on the technicians’ end, the company should advise potential customers of a 3% fee should a customer wish to use a credit card. It is extremely frustrating when customers are not provided that information ahead of the appointment.

Kasey and another gentleman came to our home to clean our dryer vent from our rooftop. They were courteous and professional. Kasey explained the process very well. They also provided a reasonable estimate for cleaning our ductwork for our house and told us what all that entailed.Kasey showed us the lint that was removed from our dryer vent. He also stated he would send us pictures of his work by email. My husband and I were very pleased with the service!
