They scheduled service within a few days, showed up on time and gave a 30 min heads up along with a photo of our technician before they arrived. The 2 technicians were neat and cleaned up when they were finished. They explained what they did and sent before and after photos. We had not had our dryer vents cleaned since we moved into our house 9 years ago. We noticed that are clothes were not getting dry so I looked up companies and saw that Lservices had great reviews and straightforward pricing. Scheduling the appointment was easy and there was constant communication about the appointment. When the service tech arrived he was very friendly, explained the process, and got right to work. Once he was done he cleaned up, provided an explanation of the work and showed me before and after photos. The tech was very friendly and thorough. Afterwards my clothes got dryer much quicker too!
