I have to say we were very happy with the overall service. They were responsive to questions we had prior to hiring them. They gave a thorough description of their process and associated costs. They scheduled service within a few days, showed up on time and gave a 30 min heads up along with a photo of our technician before they arrived. The 2 technicians were neat and cleaned up when they were finished. They explained what they did and sent before and after photos. They are a small local business and was very pleased we chose them for this service, and happy to support a local business. We had not had our dryer vents cleaned since we moved into our house 9 years ago. We noticed that are clothes were not getting dry so I looked up companies and saw that Lservices had great reviews and straightforward pricing. Scheduling the appointment was easy and there was constant communication about the appointment. When the service tech arrived he was very friendly, explained the process, and got right to work. Once he was done he cleaned up, provided an explanation of the work and showed me before and after photos. The tech was very friendly and thorough. Afterwards my clothes got dryer much quicker too! I just love this small business. They give great customer service over the phone and in person. It's more of a mom-and-pop business without the pop, and more like a mom and son business, plus. They were clean, professional, very knowledgeable, extremely informative, and did not pressure me to buy more options. They would share things that they feel are needed and let you bring up the service later if you decide you want (it/them). But the price they quote over the phone is what the service man will charge because the owner usually answers the phone. I highly recommend them to everyone.
